By accessing or using Chatyra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Chatyra provides an AI-powered phone and SMS answering service for businesses. The Service includes call handling, appointment scheduling, customer follow-ups, and related communication tools.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to transmit illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chatyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
